In order to improve the test accuracy, the weighing process of the balance usually introduces the requirement of "constant weight": that is, weigh separately after two consecutive dryings, and the difference between the weighings is less than a fixed value. Common fixed values are 0.2mg, 0.3 mg, 0.5mg, 1mg, 2mg, etc.
If the fixed value is too small, manual operation is extremely difficult to reach; if the fixed value is too large, the requirement of constant weight becomes meaningless. During the entanglement of the engineers, Xitang Technology discovered this pain point and developed and produced a device specifically designed to solve the constant weight requirement-the constant weight instrument.
The constant weight instrument integrates functions such as water bath evaporation, heating and drying, drying and cooling, and constant temperature weighing. Instead of traditional water bath, oven, drying oven and balance, 2 weighing processes can reach a constant weight of 0.3mg. It not only perfectly meets the requirements of the standard 100%, but also greatly improves the efficiency of constant weight and the accuracy of the experiment.
At this point, engineers no longer need to entangle with constant weight experiments. Experimenters can put in other more expensive tasks only by loading samples, and the experiment can be handed over to automation. At present, the constant weight instrument is widely used in the quality control of petroleum, degradable materials, food and drug packaging and other industries.
