Function

Measures trace moisture content or dew point of corrosive and acidic gases.

Principle

Electrolytic method.

Double platinum wire constitutes the electrolytic cell; the phosphorus pentoxide on the platinum wire absorbs trace water to produce phosphoric acid; the electrolysis of phosphoric acid generates current, and the dew point or trace water content is measured by the current.

The distance between platinum wires is less than 0.2um.
