    TR-2-H2

WiFi Temperature & Humidity Data Logger - TR-2-H2

    Functions

Continuously monitor and record temperature and humidity in storage rooms, refrigerators, freezers, cold chain vehicles, and working environments.
Transmit real-time data wirelessly via WiFi to a central PC or mobile phone for remote oversight.
Trigger audio-visual alarms when temperature or humidity exceeds preset limits.
Generate compliance-ready reports for pharmaceutical, food, and laboratory quality assurance.

    Working Principle

The TR-2-H2 embeds a high-accuracy digital temperature and humidity sensor (optional external probe available). At user-defined intervals, the sensor measures ambient conditions and stores the data in internal memory. Via a WiFi connection, the logger uploads readings to a local network or cloud server. Authorized users can view live dashboards, historical curves, and export reports from a PC browser or mobile app. When a measurement exceeds the programmed threshold, the device triggers a local alarm and sends a remote notification to alert operators instantly.

    Compliant Standards & Guidelines

21 CFR Part 11 - Electronic Records; Electronic Signatures(FDA guideline for pharmaceutical electronic data integrity)
GDP (Good Distribution Practice) - EU Guidelines for Good Distribution Practice of Medicinal Products(temperature monitoring during storage and transport)
HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) - Food safety management system(environmental monitoring requirement)
ISO 17025 - General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories(calibration traceability reference)
GSP (Good Supply Practice for Pharmaceutical Products) - Chinese pharmacopoeia distribution standard
GMP Annex 10: Computerized Systems - NMPA guideline for electronic data

    Key Features

Ultra-Compact Design: At just 68 × 25 × 16 mm (roughly the size of a USB flash drive), the logger is discreet, lightweight, and easy to install in tight spaces - inside refrigerators, freezers, incubators, or shipping boxes.
High Accuracy: Temperature error≤0.2°C, humidity error≤2%RH - suitable for stringent storage and testing environments.
Dual-Sensor Architecture: Built-in sensor for ambient monitoring + optional external temperature/humidity probe for measuring inside sealed compartments, liquid baths, or hard-to-reach areas.
Real-Time WiFi Transmission: Data is uploaded wirelessly to a PC or mobile phone via the local WiFi network - no manual downloading required.
Remote Alarm Notification: Triggers an audible/visual alarm on the device and sends instant alerts to designated users when limits are breached, enabling rapid corrective action.
Cloud Storage & Viewing: Historical data is stored securely and accessible from anywhere via web browser or mobile app. Supports multi-user access for team collaboration.
Flexible Power Options: Powered by a built-in button battery for continuous operation + USB cable for charging and wired data transfer.
Audit-Ready Reports: Export temperature and humidity logs in PDF/Excel format with timestamps, alarm events, and calibration certificates - ready for regulatory audits.

    Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q1: How does the WiFi data logger transmit data without a SIM card?
A: The TR-2-H2 connects to your local 2.4GHz WiFi network (same as your smartphone or laptop). Once connected, it uploads data to a cloud server or local PC. No cellular plan or SIM card is required. For locations without WiFi, the logger can store data internally and transfer it later via USB.
Q2: What is the battery life?
A: With the built-in button battery and periodic USB charging, the logger can operate continuously for weeks to months depending on the upload interval and WiFi usage. For permanent installations, we recommend keeping the USB cable connected to a power source.
Q3: Can I access the data remotely when I'm not on-site?
A: Yes. As long as the logger is connected to a WiFi network with internet access, you can view real-time data and historical reports from any PC or mobile phone with login credentials - whether you are in another office or another country.
Q4: Is the external probe waterproof?
A: The standard external probe is splash-resistant and suitable for high-humidity environments (e.g., cold rooms, incubators). For full immersion or washdown applications, please contact us for a submersible probe option.
Q5: Can this device be used for 21 CFR Part 11 compliance?
A: The hardware provides accurate, tamper-evident data logging. For full 21 CFR Part 11 compliance (electronic signatures, audit trails, access control), the logger must be paired with compliant software. Our professional monitoring platform includes optional Part 11 modules - inquire for details.
Q6: How many loggers can be connected to one account?
A: The system supports unlimited loggers per account. You can monitor dozens or hundreds of TR-2-H2 units from a single dashboard, making it ideal for multi-zone warehouses or distributed cold chain networks.
Q7: What happens if the WiFi connection drops?
A: The logger continues to record data in its internal memory. Once the WiFi connection is restored, it automatically uploads the buffered data to fill any gaps. This ensures no data loss during temporary network outages.
