Function:
Constant weight tester for overall migration substance, nonvolatile and volatile substance, soluble and insoluble substance, moisture content.
Principle:
High-temperature baking; dehumidification cooling; constant temperature weighting. (Without water bath evaporating)
Characteristics:
●Executing 3 processes automatically: baking, cooling, weighting;
●Accurate and efficient: constant weight error is less or equal to 3 mg through 2 rounds of baking; 12、23、42 specimen can be tested simultaneously;●Safety：Heating in Aluminium plate, flame-proof and explosion-proof; Interrupting power when high temperature;
●Small-sized: baking room, cooling room, and weighting room are integrated into one room and the size is small;●Patent moisture-proof, heat-proof, and erosion-proof to protect the analytic balance;
●All test parameters are set by the computer; the test procedure is executed automatically; 2 finish modes can be selected: set weight error and set time.
●Mettler-Toledo analytic balance module；
●Software: graphical, all-time, and all-element monitoring and multi-format reports;
●Optional: GMP “computerized system” function module;
●Optional: high efficient solvent recovery.
