    Function:

    Differential pressure method. Determining gas permeability characteristics of plastic film, sheeting, laminates, plastic-coated papers, fabrics or metal foil. 

     

     

    Principle:

    Differential-pressure method.

    ●Place the specimen pretreated between high and low pressure chamber, clap the specimen tightly;

    ●Vacuum pump evacuate the two chamber until the pressure in low pressure chamber is below a certain value;

    ●seal the low pressure chamber and infect gas into the high pressure chamber until the pressure in the high pressure chamber reaches to a certain value, and the differential pressure between two chamber is adjusted to keep the differential pressure constant;

    ●the gas is driven from the high pressure chamber into the low pressure chamber by the differential pressure; the pressure in the low pressure chamber is measured accurately and the gas permeability characteristics of the specimen are calculated.

    ●Working environment: indoor. There is no need for constant temperature and humidity environment (reduce the use cost), and the test data is not affected by the ambient temperature and humidity.
