    working principle

    The sample is installed between the sample gas and the carrier gas cavity of the test cavity to control the temperature of the test cavity. The oxygen in the sample gas cavity penetrates into the carrier gas cavity and is carried by the carrier gas to the trace oxygen sensor; the current generated by the trace oxygen sensor is accurately measured , Calculate the sample oxygen permeability and other parameters.
