Function：
Nondestructive testing of leakage rate and aperture of flexible and hard packages.

Principle:
Vacuum Decay Method.
Place the package to be tested in the flexible bladder, cover the test cabin cover, and seal the flexible bladder; The instrument vacuums the space between the flexible bladder and the package；After vacuuming, the blocking valve is closed, the sensor monitors the pressure change of the holding space with time, calculates the leakage rate and leakage aperture of the package, and evaluates the integrity of the package;

ASTM F2338 、USP 1207、FDA relate standard

Characteristics
●Nondestructive test，no need to customize the package container，no need to use test gas.
●Detection of small leakage rate, the minimum aperture can be detected is ＜1 um.
●Rapid testing: less than 12 seconds。
●Can test several samples at the same time.
●Intelligent and automatic: power-on self-test to avoid test under fault state; one key start, fully automatic test execution.
